Description
Grade QL310 is a general type which is widely used for quartz fabrication, lab quartz-wares and fiber optics etc. QL310 Rods have all the great properties of quartz lamp tubes such as acid resistance, heat resistance and high transmission of wave lengths.
Grade QL620 is a newly developed type to meet the higher quality requirement in industries such as semiconductor industry. This grade combines the properties of QL310 with a lower OH content and a higher chemical purity. These properties make the rods very stable under high temperature conditions. It is a good material for making wafer carriers in semiconductor industry and is used as pre-forming handling rods in optical fiber processing.
